Self Employed Rozov Andrei Vladimirovich INN/Tax ID 290130757570 Россия, г. Ярославль (hereinafter – the Licensor) establishes the following rules for cancellations and refunds for Users:

  • If receiving the License rights takes more than 2 hours due to the Licensor’s fault, the User has the right to cancel the purchase and receive a refund.

  • If the User purchased additional rights/features under the Agreement and has not used them, they have the right to request a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase.

  • If the User became a victim of fraud and, under the influence of fraudsters, purchased a License and/or extended license rights/features, they have the right to request a refund within 90 days from the payment date, providing proof of a complaint filed with law enforcement against the fraudsters. The refund will be issued in full.

  • If, due to a technical error on the part of the Licensor, the User purchased a License and/or extended license rights/features for a non-existent or blocked account (at the time of purchase), they have the right to request a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase.

  • If, due to the Licensor’s fault, the Game Server on which the User’s Account is registered did not operate for more than 24 hours from the time of purchase, the User has the right to request a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase.

  • Refund requests must be sent by email to support@trace-rp.ru. Requests can be submitted in free form. It is recommended to send the request from the email linked to your Game Account.
